Oh No!!!

December 22, 2016

Okay I got caught up in the hustle and bustle today. Had my day planned out then that list went out the window. It’s 9:00pm  and I’m just now getting to the second thing on my list. Yep that’s right posting my blog for Thursday.

So what I had planned was to come home from the gym and finish the little bit I had left on my daughters vanity, take a few pics and post them to the blog. So the vanity isn’t finish and that blog about the vanity not finished either. So I’m here writing my blog about hmmmmmm well not a finished vanity.

I do have happy things to talk about like as of tomorrow Greg and I are off. We aren’t working at all for the next week just gonna do things we enjoy doing together. I love that we have plans to have no plans. On Friday we are going to escape for a bit. Have lunch together then spend time looking at a few Christmas events around Dallas. I can’t wait to hold his hand without a cell phone in the way. We will also be spending a bit of our day doing a little goodwill. I’d rather not say what because it’s personal and the giving is better unknown.

Saturday let the cooking begin for the party on Christmas Eve. Every Christmas Eve we have people over and our family. Most of the people who come don’t have local family so why not gather together and enjoy each other. We have so much fun, we eat a lot and do the white elephant gift exchange. There is always that one gift that sets the group into laughter. Most of the times it’s not in very good taste but still oh so funny. I guess I’ll blog all about this night because this year we are adding a few more activities that are worth a blog. Trust when I say this is gonna be a hoot to read about.

I’m all ready for Christmas day except for a few stocking stuffer’s to buy. On Friday night I get to go watch and hear my daughter sing at church. Little Ethan will make is first appearance with the Children’s choir. This is the best way I could think of to start the christmas weekend. Family, Friends, music, church all add up to an amazing Christmas holiday.

Please put down your stress and jobs. Put away your computers and phones. Pick up a camera and record the memories of this beautiful time of the year. Celebrate the birth of Christ and share your heart with someone who needs love. Hope your Thursday was Blue Happy!
