I noticed that my daughter and grandson have been a little bit different these past few weeks. When I ask her what was going on and what was she doing to feel so much better that is when she told me that she had started using Young Living oils. I heard her mention it before but really didn’t pay attention to it, but now I was noticing a difference in the way she felt and the way Ethan was feeling.
She told me all about it and I’m intrigued by this oil thing. Enough that I want to look more into and try it. I ask her what does she like the most from the oils. Well that was like opening a flood gate of information because she let it all out. Some of her favorites are Stress away, joy and valor for emotional support. For cleaning and immune support she loves Thieves. Ethan wears Genius to support mental clarity at school. After a deep workout she uses Deep Relief. There are vitality oils for cooking or drink flavoring. There are so many more oils to support All the body systems. The God who made us made plants to nourish us.
Recently my daughter tried her hand at chalk painting. She wanted to do her very own Apothecary cabinet for her oils to be stored in. I had a cabinet to give her from my storage. I put all the supplies in a box and handed it over. She did an amazing job and also gave me such a great compliment. After she was finished she said “Mom that is hard work I don’t know how you do so many pieces a week”. Oh my heart is full when my children see how hard I work. She did a great job with her first chalk piece.
I have so many of these little Apothecary cabinets in my storage. I never really put too much stock into the need for them. After I saw my daughters cabinet I pulled a few out and added them to my to do list. One has already sold and the other two are now in my booth at Doc Holliday’s. They are great and the shabby chic vintage look will fit into most any decor. I’m gonna pull one out to do for my new oils. Not sure where I’ll store it yet but I’m going to an oil party on the 26th so I best get on it. Is there something new you would like to try? If there is go for it.
