My Health Journey Update

Well it’s been almost 2 months from the last surgery and I’m healing very well. I have not once gone against my Doctors orders. Even thought it kills me to be so behind at the gym from the other girls I’m minding my P’s and Q’s. I’m so pleased with the results. There is still some swelling a very small amount but it’s there.
